Coast to Coast for MSRRF
In September, Oscar will be swapping personal training for the bike saddle as he takes on the Coast to Coast mountain bike route from Whitehaven to Tynemouth. Over two days, he'll cover around 140 miles, tackling some of the country's most challenging terrain while raising money for MS Research and Relief Fund. Conquering the St Cuthbert's Way
An incredible achievement! A massive well done and heartfelt thank you to Alison who completed the challenging St Cuthbert's Way 45-mile ultramarathon in memory of her mum, Rosalind Hartill, who lived with Multiple Sclerosis for much of her life and attended our centres. Alter G Trial Sessions
Ever wondered what goes on at The Pashler Physiotherapy Centre in North Seaton? It houses our wonderful state of the art anti-gravity treadmill and for the first time we are offering taster sessions to registered service users* whilst we wait for parts to arrive that will further enhance it's performance.
