Did you know we are launching free outreach sessions in Durham, delivered in partnership with SMILE Through Sport These outreach sessions offer people affected by MS the chance to stay active, supported and connected closer to home — with sessions weekly. They are starting Tuesday 17th February at Bowburn Community Centre. If you are registered with us and would like to attend please give us a call on 01670 505829.
