Coast to Coast for MSRRF

In September, Oscar will be swapping personal training for the bike saddle as he takes on the Coast to Coast mountain bike route from Whitehaven to Tynemouth.
Over two days, he'll cover around 140 miles, tackling some of the country's most challenging terrain while raising money for MS Research and Relief Fund.
Working at MSRRF, Oscar sees first-hand the difference that our physiotherapy-led services make to people.
