This project explored the effects of underweighted gait training on balance, walking ability, self-confidence and mental wellbeing in people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Over a six-month period, participants completed regular exercise sessions using an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, which allows individuals to walk and train with reduced body weight.

The study monitored changes in mobility, confidence and wellbeing to better understand how this technology could support rehabilitation and physical activity for people with MS.
