Outreach Plans for 2026

At MSRRF, we believe everyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis deserves access to quality support — no matter where they live. That’s why we’re excited to begin exploring the launch of more outreach sessions in Bowburn (Durham) and Hexham (Northumberland), bringing our services closer to people across the region.

These sessions would offer the same kind of friendly, supportive environment you find at MSRRF — with a mix of wellbeing activities, gentle exercise, and time to connect with others who understand life with MS.
